Our Essential Workforce Program offers discounted rental rates to law enforcement, military personnel, first responders, teachers, nurses, bankers, workers in retail and restaurants, and many others who qualify based on earning wages below area median income levels.

Which is why we launched the Essential Housing program, a comprehensive rental housing platform that aligns rental rates for those making between 60% and 80% of the area's average median income instead of the leading rates in the market.
Through the Essential Housing program, which is offered at several of our communities in the Houston and San Antonio areas, our goal is to offer affordable living opportunities that better align with the middle income lifestyle.
